Are you technically minded and eager to learn? We’re looking for individuals with a strong interest in conveyor systems to join our high-performing crew at our Dry Creek, SA site. While experience in belt splicing is highly regarded, we’re willing to provide full training for the right person. This full-time role involves completing workshop orders and providing on-site installation services. After-hours and weekend work may be available when required, with comprehensive fabrication training included.

Key responsibilities:
· Perform various splicing techniques on vast range of belting materials.
· Operate mechanical plant and equipment including forklift.
· Prepare, check and complete internal work orders as per order requested.
· Complete onsite installations / maintenance of conveyor belting products.
· Attend to breakdown requirements at client sites.
· Comply with Health & Safety standards and support the HSE officer to achieve a safety culture of zero harm.
Key requirements for the role:
· Proven minimum two years’ experience in a technical or mechanical related field (eg. Maintenance, fabrication, engineering, automotive, or similar)
· Relevant certifications to include Forklift licence.
· Technical / mechanical aptitude advantageous.
· Highly motivated and a ‘can do/hands on’ proactive approach.
· High attention to detail and professional work ethic.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Use of stanley knife and measuring capability.
· Effective communication & time management skills.
· Problem solving and measuring capability.
· Willingness to learn and undertake full training in belt splicing an conveyor systems.
· Maintain strict housekeeping standards in workshop and at client site facilities.
· Current driving licence and flexibility to travel around Adelaide metro & regional areas.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not required.
