Experienced Fit-Out Carpenter – The Makaan Builders

Location: Leppington, NSW
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (based on experience)

The Makaan Builders is looking for an experienced Fit-Out Carpenter to join our growing team. We are a busy residential builder with a strong pipeline of custom homes across Sydney, offering long-term, stable employment and genuine career growth opportunities.

This is a hands-on role working within a team of two and requires someone who can confidently carry out all aspects of internal fit-out carpentry to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing doors and door jambs
Skirting boards and architraves
Feature wall panelling and timber finishes
Door hardware installation
General internal fit-out and finishing carpentry
Reading plans and working efficiently to programme

Requirements

Proven experience in residential fit-out carpentry
Minimum 2-3 years of fit-out carpentry experience is required
Ability to work independently and within a team
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Strong work ethic and reliability
Driver's licence preferred
Availability to work 5–6 days per week is essential
