VIC Client Service Manager

You are well organized, have a strong work-to-succeed ethic and a safe driving record. As a natural early riser, you know what it takes to beat Peak hour traffic and to make the day pay. If you enjoy the contrast of long scenic drives in the country or coastal regions, traversing the inner city, while servicing and selling to clients, then this job is for you.

You are available to travel away from home for 1 week (4 nights) out of every 6 to service existing clients and open new business in regional towns in regional areas. Because of your unshakable integrity, you thrive working autonomously but also enjoy interacting with our fun and professional support team through phone and digital platforms.

Ever the consummate Salesperson, you enjoy negotiating for the best price and position outcome for our broad range of products in the Variety Store, Service Station, Convenience store, Outdoor and Fashion accessories retail sectors. While empathetic, your gregarious and happy disposition makes you a natural born People-Person who loves to build and maintain relationships. You take pride in helping our retail partners expand and improve their businesses.

You have CRM experience and a working knowledge of Excel. You understand the connection between earnings and effort, but also know how to work smartly, leveraging modern systems to maximize sales in between service calls.

Your experience in Business-to-Business sales has given you confidence and the vocabulary to forge strong supply partnerships with business owners. Your unwavering dedication to client service, driven by your awareness that your personal success is tied to the success of your clients, gives you the motivation to excel in all areas of the role.

Area of Operation: From Ringwood in the North East, South to Phillip Island and the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne. You will service approximately 250 existing Client accounts and always be on the lookout for more.

Salary Package: A modern vehicle with fuel card is supplied to ensure you have every opportunity to cover your area in comfort and safety. Phone and Laptop loaded with all necessary applications is provided. A competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, plus Superannuation, as well as sales bonuses for hitting monthly targets, keeps the role fun and exciting.

Expected Earnings: $70-$90,000
