Site Supervisor / Boilermaker / Site Installer – Commercial Handrails & Balustrades

LFA is looking for a Supervisor / Boilermaker / Installer to join our team delivering commercial handrails, balustrades and access systems across SEQ.

Work includes commercial construction sites including EBA sites, installing stainless and mild steel systems to specification. We are a hands-on fabrication and installation company with a steady pipeline of site work. We need an experienced person who will supervise the job site and manage staff whilst completing their own work in a timely manner.

Role

• Manage staff and supervise job sites

• Motivate staff to complete work quickly and efficiently

• Install handrails, balustrades and access systems

• Work across commercial construction sites in SEQ

• Read drawings and install to spec

• Maintain safe, high-quality workmanship

Requirements

• Trade qualified boilermaker with supervisor role experience

• Great communication and management skills

• Must be organised

• Ability to read drawings

• White Card

• Driver's licence and own vehicle

• Reliable and able to work across multiple site

Desirable

• Experience working on EBA / Tier builder sites

• Gasless MIG welding experience

• Own basic install tools
