What success looks like

Success in this role comes from showing up consistently by delivering high-quality wall and floor tiling works across club facilities. With a strong focus on wet areas, changerooms, pool surrounds, and other high-use member spaces.

Reporting to the National Maintenance and Engineering Manager you will be required to inspect and prepare surfaces, remove damaged tiles, lay and finish new tiles, complete grouting and sealing, and ensure all works meet safety, waterproofing, and presentation standards.

To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset 

• You have proven tiling experience in commercial or high-traffic environments

• Ability to interpret layouts and measurements, knowledge of adhesives, grout, waterproofing systems, and safe use of tiling tools and equipment.

• You have aligned experience. You know what it’s like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on hands-on maintenance, fixing issues and keeping everything in top working order. You may also have some trade experience. A+ for you

• Relevant trade qualification or demonstrated industry experience, white card, and strong awareness of workplace health and safety requirements.

• You take ownership. You don’t wait to be asked. You step in, follow through and take responsibility for your role and your tasks.

• You demonstrate quality workmanship, timely completion of repairs and upgrades, durable finishes, minimal disruption to club operations, and consistently high presentation standards.
