Mint Painting Qld Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated painting company based on the Gold Coast. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Painter to join our team.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional finishes across residential, commercial, new build, renovation, and prestige property projects. Our team has built a strong reputation for professionalism, reliability, and quality, and we are looking for someone who shares those values.

About the Role

- Ongoing work across the Gold Coast

- Variety of interior and exterior painting projects

- Work alongside a professional and friendly team

- Commencing on an ABN arrangement with superannuation paid

- Opportunity to transition into permanent employment for the right candidate

- Immediate start available

Essential Requirements

- Fully trade qualified painter

- Must have completed a painting apprenticeship or Cert 111 in Painting and decorating.

- Minimum 5 years' painting experience

- Current ABN

- Own basic hand tools

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Reliable, punctual and professional

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
