About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic Field Service Technician, for full time servicing of the Plant fleet in our dedicated service truck. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for a variety of industrial equipment and machinery.

What you'll be doing

  • Working the day shift, 7am to 3:30pm + overtime and Saturday work

  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on a range of plant and equipment

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used

  • Comply with all relevant safety procedures and industry regulations

  • Participate in on-call duties and respond to callouts as required

What we're looking for

  • A current NSW driver’s license (HR unrestricted essential)  

  • A valid White Card

  • A Heavy Vehicle/Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Technician or Plant Mechanic

  • Strong knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance and repair procedures

  • Proficiency in fault-finding, diagnostics, and problem-solving

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
