About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic Field Service Technician, for full time servicing of the Plant fleet in our dedicated service truck. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for a variety of industrial equipment and machinery.
What you'll be doing
Working the day shift, 7am to 3:30pm + overtime and Saturday work
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on a range of plant and equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used
Comply with all relevant safety procedures and industry regulations
Participate in on-call duties and respond to callouts as required

What we're looking for
A current NSW driver’s license (HR unrestricted essential)
A valid White Card
A Heavy Vehicle/Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Technician or Plant Mechanic
Strong knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance and repair procedures
Proficiency in fault-finding, diagnostics, and problem-solving
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
