🛠️ Requirements: 

Proven experience in the construction/maintenance Plumbing sector. 

Roofing experience very favourable. 

Exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle any challenge that comes your way. 

A positive attitude and strong work ethic – we believe in working hard and having fun! 

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your Key Responsibilities will be:

·       Work with / Lead a team of up to 10 plumbers and apprentices across multiple sites.

·       Take responsibility for work quality on job sites, ensuring milestone ITPs and checklists are completed and carrying out spot checks on a regular basis.

·       Review material and equipment orders and assist with complex orders that are required to complete assigned tasks on a weekly basis.

·       Provide guidance too, share knowledge with and coach team members for improvement on all aspects of plumbing, ordering, planning and OHS.

·       Provide feedback to site foreman to discuss potential issues, hazards, client outcomes/timelines and work plans.

·       Provide accurate technical advice relating to complex plumbing and drainage works both internally and externally a like. 

·       Carry out plumbing, roofing and drainage works associated with the construction, maintenance and operation of EPC projects.

·       Continue to develop and support our cooperative working relationships with clients

·       Check, on a regular basis, that the site foreman has reviewed and marked up the Project Plans, Specifications and Scope

·       Provide input into project and labour planning programs

The ideal applicant will demonstrate:

·       Certificate III in Plumbing & Services

·       White Card

·       2+ years experience supervising/site foreman

·       8+ years plumbing experience

·       Plumbing Licence preferred and Roofing experience preferred but not essential.

·       simPRO preferred

·       Minimum, Intermediate understanding of hydraulic design

·       Staff supervision and leadership skills

·       Forward thinking; demonstrated ability to plan labour and works

·       Ability to interact with consultants, subcontractors and clients. 

·       Ability to work in a team and independently

·       Solution-focused

·       Punctual

·       Attention to detail

·       Demonstrate initiative

·       Excellent time management

·       Communication skills (oral and written)

·       Diligent and productive

·       Resourceful

·       Flexible enough to deal with multiple priorities and competing demands
