Mechanic Self TaughtAuto Elec Golf Cart- Work shop and Mobile Service

Preferring MECHANICS OR AUTO ELECTRICIANS or a self-trained mechanically skilled person however not essential. A caravan service technician would also be suitable.

An immediate start position exists for an eager, energetic, mechanic/Auto Electrician or someone who is self-trained and has mechanical skills for a busy service center in Epping Victoria.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be working with a dynamic and professional company in a workshop and retail-based environment.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Strong tool knowledge - we are after someone not afraid of hard work.

Servicing Golf Carts. Repairs and some modifications

Well organized with good presentation.

Capability to work autonomously.

Valid Drivers Licence.

Able to work off site in a mobile van

Golf Cart industry experience is considered favorable.

This role is an on-site position, where you work. Hours will be workshop-based, retail showroom based as well as some mobile van servicing possibly 1 day a week. COMPANY VAN WILL BE PROVIDED. Mon to Fri 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.

Salary is negotiable - depending on experience. For immediate start. Uniform in the form of shirts will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

The position is a very diverse role. Servicing and repairs of Golf carts, Golf Cart building, and assembly at times, along with fitting accessories, modifications and pre-delivery checks of golf carts. . Full training provided.

Tyre changing skills a bonus but not necessary.Base Wage is negotiable depending on experience. Wage will be reviewed after a six month period.

With the nature of work mainly focusing on electric carts a good understanding of electrics and fault finding is needed in addition to your mechanical skills but not essential. Brakes form a large part of the servicing.
