Position overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to start building a real career in engineering and manufacturing. Working on site in Rowville, you'll play a hands-on role in the production of quality parts while learning the trade alongside experienced, qualified tradespeople who are genuinely invested in passing on their knowledge.

From day one you'll be part of a supportive team where no two days are the same — operating machinery, problem-solving on the floor, and developing the practical skills that will set you up for a long and rewarding career. We're proud to grow our people from the ground up, and we're looking for someone ready to learn, take pride in their work, and grow with us.

Whether you're already in your first or second year, or looking to begin your apprenticeship through pre-enrolment, this role offers the mentoring, variety and long-term opportunity to turn an apprenticeship into a genuine trade and a future with WASCA.
