Formed Edge Kitchens is a growing and dynamic cabinetry and kitchen manufacturing business committed to delivering high quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and drive the success of our day to day operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and hands-on Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our business operations. This key leadership role will oversee workflows across our factory, installation teams, estimating department, and drafting department while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

• Coordinate activities across manufacturing, installation, estimating, and drafting teams.

• Monitor workflow schedules and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

• Maintain quality standards across all areas of the business.

• Support and lead team members to achieve business objectives.

• Manage operational issues and develop effective solutions.

• Collaborate with management to drive business growth and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

• Manage and lead a team of 5-10 people.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and people management abilities.

• The ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively.

• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

• Experience within the cabinetry, manufacturing, construction, or related industries is highly regarded.

Minimum 3-5 years of operations management experience is required for this position.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this role.
