As our salon continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser / Senior Colourist who shares our commitment to excellence and wants to be part of something special.

You’ll work with premium clients who value quality service, expert advice, and healthy beautiful hair.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Advanced colour services

* Cutting and styling services I don’t

* Blonde transformations

* Colour corrections

* Hair health consultations

* Precision cutting

* Styling and blow-dries

* Extension consultations and services

* Creating an exceptional luxury client experience

* Contributing to social media content and brand growth

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

* Minimum 5+ years salon experience preferred

* Senior Hairdresser or Senior Colourist experience

* Advanced colour correction skills

* Strong blonde specialist experience

* Excellent cutting skills

* Strong styling and blow-drying ability

* Experience working with all hair types and textures

* Exceptional consultation skills

* Strong understanding of hair health and restoration

Hair Health Knowledge

You must be confident in:

* Diagnosing damaged hair

* Identifying causes of breakage and hair stress

* Recommending appropriate treatment plans

* Understanding bond-building technology

* Creating maintenance plans for long-term hair health

* Educating clients on realistic outcomes and aftercare
