Welder / Fabricator – Security Gates & Fencing

Olympic Fencing is looking for a reliable, hands-on welder/fabricator to join our workshop team.

This role suits someone who likes working with their hands, turning up on time, and getting stuck in. You’ll be fabricating security gates and panels and using a range of machines including punches, benders, plasmas, guillotines, grinders, 3 axis CNC, and welders.

What You’ll Be Doing

MIG welding (steel, alloy, silicon bronze)

Fabricating a range gates, fencing panels & custom projects

Using and looking after workshop machines and tools

Manual work – lifting, grinding, cutting, welding

Working on your own jobs and alongside the team

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and turns up every day

Physically fit and happy with manual work

Can read basic drawings and measurements

Can work independently and as part of a team

MIG welding experience required ( qualification preferred)

Unrestricted Australian work rights

Own welding helmet and PPE to start

Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday, over time in busy periods.
