Customer Service Service Advisor Attendant

ALLIN is a family owned and operated business.

We are a one-stop-shop for Towbar, accessory, 4WD/ARB, installs. We seek a Customer Service / Service Advisor Attendant to join our team. Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential. If you're passionate about providing outstanding customer service and are a motor vehicle enthusiast, this job may be perfect for you!

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Some product knowledge of automotive and 4WD products is required.

A minimum of 6 months customer service experience is preferred.

Duties & Skills Include, but not limited to:-

- Daily reception duties such as greeting customers, answering phones and emails.

- Providing quotes & merchandise sales

-Serving customers and processing invoices/payments

-Scheduling vehicle bookings for accessory fitments

-Providing customers with technical information on installations and warranties

-Liaising with technicians about parts ordering and customer requirements

-Showroom stock maintenance

-Other administration and workshop duties as required

This position can be negotiated as a full-time or permanent part-time role.
