Join the Pure Water Systems Team as an On-Road Service Plumber very different to a normal plumbing role!

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive plumber to join our team, embrace new challenges and bring their skills to a unique and rewarding position.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified plumber with a good attitude and is keen to keep learning.

Your role:

  • Servicing our water filtration systems in homes

  • New installations of water filtration products

  • Minor plumbing maintenance work (as needed)

  • Possible travel interstate for customer coverage but this is rare

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Installation of new systems

  • Servicing and Repairs

  • Minor plumbing maintenance work - replacing taps/flick mixers replacing waste traps/double bowl connectors

  • Product explanation to customers

  • Stock management including ordering

  • Cash handling

  • Vehicle upkeep

About you:

  • Maintenance Plumber preferred - Minimum two years hands-on experience - sorry no apprentices.

  • Fit and health – medical history check required

  • Supply a current national police check (less than 3 months old)

  • Minimum have a current NSW plumbing registration

  • Ability to gain NSW plumbing registration if you have any other interstate plumbing registration

  • Technical aptitude

  • Valid driver's license

  • Tech-savviness (tablet use)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Flexibility with hours

  • No prior water filtration experience is required—we’ll provide comprehensive training at our Gold Coast training center and ongoing support after you hit the road.

  • A varied role that focuses on water filter installations, water filter servicing and minor plumbing maintenance, with less emphasis on traditional technical plumbing tasks - digging trenches etc.
