The Role

An exciting and rare opportunity is available for an experience Quality Assurance Inspector to join Century Yuasa based out of our Head Office in Carole Park. This role will work closely To support Quality Assurance Inspection functions in the manufacturing and warehouse operations, including non-conformance products and aged stock.

QA Inspector (Night Shift) – Carole Park

Century Yuasa has a rare night shift opening for an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector at our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • QA Inspections: Support manufacturing and warehouse operations, managing non-conforming products and aged stock.

  • QMS Support: Maintain Quality Management System procedures, collecting data for corrective and preventative actions.

  • Testing & Calibration: Manage allocated equipment calibration and routine production material testing.

  • Compliance: Promote and maintain QA programs in line with company policies and quality standards.

  • Training Note: Comprehensive onboarding and training will be conducted on day shift for the first 3 to 6 months before moving to the permanent night shift.

    About you

    • 2 + years prior experience in a similar position

    • Working knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards

    • Prior experience in auditing and assessment activities

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong Computer skills (Microsoft office, ERM systems)

    • Prior experience working with electrical measuring equipment

    • Strong time management and attention to detail skills

Desirable

Understanding of energy storage products, prior experience understanding in energy products
