Morayfield Locksmiths is looking for an experienced road technician to join our team in Caboolture — and we'd love to find someone who genuinely enjoys the trade and wants to be part of a business that does things the right way.

About the role

This is a full-time road technician position covering a wide range of locksmith and security work across the Moreton Bay region. You'll be out on the road every day handling everything from domestic and commercial jobs through to automotive, CCTV, access control and safe work. No two days are the same — and that's what makes it a great role for someone who genuinely loves the trade.

What you'll be doing

• Automotive locksmithing — transponder programming, key cutting and duplication across all makes and models

• CCTV installation and servicing

• Access control installation and servicing

• Safe openings, servicing and sales support

• Domestic and commercial lock installations, repairs and rekeying

• General locksmithing across residential, commercial and automotive customers

What we're looking for

We're after a fully qualified locksmith with solid all-round experience. Particular skills in automotive, CCTV, access control and safe work are highly regarded for this role — though if you're strong in some areas and looking to develop in others, our senior team is happy to support that growth.

You'll need:

• Current Class 2 Security Providers and Installers Licence

• Current Queensland Manual Driver's Licence

• Solid trade experience with a strong work ethic and genuine pride in your workmanship

• A reliable, honest and professional approach with customers

• A cabling licence is a bonus but not essential
