Assistant Service Manager/Senior Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has come available for an experienced Assistant Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor looking for the next challenge to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Service Centre based in Homebush, working across multiple brands including; RAM, LDV, MG & Renault. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front, and driving strong team and customer outcomes.

This role provides hands on support to the Service Manager by working closely together to ensure smooth operations, high productivity, and an outstanding customer experience - while actively supporting and developing the service team. 

About the Role:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and concerns professionally

• Work with workshop team, parts and warranty to ensure smooth running of all operations and high levels of customer service at all times.

• Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the service centre

• Participate in developing and implementing service strategies to enhance performance

• Assist with vehicle movements and deliveries and other duties as required.

 About You:

• Must possess at least 2+ years' experience in a similar role within a service centre

• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced workshop environment

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
