Service Advisor - Homebush Service Centre

A fantastic opportunity has come available for an experienced Service Advisor to become part of a supportive team and operate from a modern, well-equipped facility based at Homebush Service Centre.

The ideal candidate will come with prior experience, enthusiastic with a professional and friendly demeanor, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly meet and greet customers in our service centre

• Provide information, process invoices and payments

• Liaise with the workshop and provide updates to customers

• Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

• Exceed company and manufacturers customer satisfaction targets

• Assist with vehicle movements and deliveries and other duties as required

What we are looking for:

• At least 6 months experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry

• Qualified or partial completion of mechanical apprenticeship highly regarded

• Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills

• A customer-first approach with a focus on building long-term relationships

• Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• A current drivers license

• Willingness to provide/obtain a criminal history check
