Regional Health and Mobility, CQ’s largest provider of health and mobility products, are seeking enthusiastic service & repair technicians to join the friendly team in our Rockhampton store.

With a network of four (4) stores across CQ, this presents an opportunity to join a progressive team focused on exceeding customer expectations every time.

As a service & repair technician your roles and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Mobility equipment assessment and repairs

  • Mobility equipment servicing

  • Warranty claims

  • Installations

  • Ongoing stock management (this includes product inventory as well as participating in regular stocktakes).

  • Customer service

  • Promotion of goods and services

  • Warehouse duties

The successful applicant will require a blue card, NDIS worker screening card, police check and Manual Drivers License for this position.

The ideal applicant will also demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated skills/interest in the repair/maintenance of small machinery, including electronics

  • A proven ability to problem solve when presented with unique repair tasks

  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Safe manual handling techniques

  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude to work.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong, Reliable work ethics

  • Previous experience, knowledge or an interest in the home healthcare equipment industry would be an advantage but is not mandatory

Please note this job does require an element of physical fitness and the ability to be able to bend, lift & carry equipment on a frequent basis.
