Responsibilities:

System Inspection:

• Conduct thorough inspections of air conditioning systems to identify dust, mold, and other contaminants.

• Evaluate the overall condition of filters, coils, ducts, and other components.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of air conditioning components to remove accumulated dirt, debris, and microbial growth.

• Clean or replace air filters to ensure proper airflow and system efficiency.

• Use specialized equipment and cleaning agents to sanitize and deodorize systems.

Duct Cleaning:

• Inspect and clean air ducts to remove dust, allergens, and contaminants.

• Identify and address any issues with ductwork, such as leaks or blockages.

Mold Remediation:

• Identify and address mold or microbial growth within air conditioning systems.

• Implement proper cleaning and remediation procedures to improve indoor air quality.

Documentation:

Customer Interaction:

Qualifications:
