About the role
Join the TRN Group as a Pipe Layer based in the Sydney Southwest & Northwest region. This is a full-time position that will see you play a crucial role in the construction of essential civil residential sub-division projects.
What you'll be doing
Install pipes for stormwater, sewer, and water mains according to project specifications
Prepare trenches for pipe installation, ensuring accurate depth and alignment
Backfill trenches and complete restoration works
Connect pipes, fittings, and related components using appropriate tools and methods
Conduct testing on pipes to ensure they meet required standards
Assist with the installation of manholes, valves, and other utility infrastructure
Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
Collaborate with site Foreman to ensure the successful completion of projects
What We Offer
A one-off bonus of $800 (gross) payable to the successful applicants upon successful completion of their 3-month probation period.

What we're looking for
A current NSW driver’s license
A valid White Card
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pipe laying of concrete storm water pipes, PVC hardy pipes and CDL Lines
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans
Be able to work off RL levels
Have previous experience supervising small teams
Punctual, reliable, and able to work both in a team and independently
