We have are providing our services to premium commercial facilities in the CBD and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members with strong communication and supervisory skills to join our team at 600 Bourke Street.

The position

  • Full Time Supervisor
  • Monday to Friday 3:00PM - 10:36PM (38 hours per week)

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers.

Requirements

You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process: 

  • A valid Police Check
  • Full time working rights
  • Experience as Supervisor

As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • General cleaning duties, including offices and common areas.
  • Supervision of onsite cleaning team members.
  • Participation in briefings.
  • Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
  • Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standars on site.
  • Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client.
  • Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management.

Essencial experience in:

  • Cleaning
  • Managing people
  • Site inspections
  • Staff training
  • Indidents reports
  • Performance reviews
