Operating across Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, we carry/install an extensive range including suspension, bullbars, lighting, roof racks, winches, canopies, and fridges. The role

Due to continued growth at our Smithfield store, we are looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter who can also hold their own behind the counter. You'll be the go-to person for fitment and a key part of the in-store sales experience — guiding customers through their options, booking jobs, and then delivering the fitment yourself. From the first conversation to the final bolt, you own the customer's experience.

What you'll be doing

Expert fitment
Fit accessories to customer vehicles to a high standard, ensuring every job is done right and every customer comes back for their next upgrade.

Counter sales & customer experience
Be one of the first faces customers see. Ask the right questions, understand their build goals, and use your fitment knowledge to guide them to the best solution — then close the sale.

Inbound enquiries
Handle phone and counter enquiries with knowledgeable, reliable advice that builds trust and converts interest into booked jobs.

Store presentation
Keep the store clean, tidy, and fully stocked to ensure customers always have the best possible shopping experience.

About you

• Hands-on 4WD accessory fitting experience

• Strong mechanical and 4WD knowledge

• Genuine passion for the 4WD and outdoor lifestyle

• Confident communicator — phone, counter, and workshop

• Well-presented with a friendly, can-do attitude

• Retail experience an advantage

• MomentumPro software experience highly regarded
