The Role:
As a Traffic Management Controller at Flo Traffic Services, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining safety and order at worksites and events. From implementing traffic management plans to ensuring smooth flow for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor traffic management plans with precision.

• Direct vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists to ensure safe and efficient movement.

• Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and assess risks.

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

• Report incidents, hazards, and near misses promptly.

• Follow directives from team leaders and supervisors.

What You Bring:

• Valid Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) Ticket: Level 1, 2, or 3.

• OHS White Card.

• Manual Driver's License and confidence driving manual vehicles.

• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Calm and focused approach, even under pressure.

• Previous traffic management experience? Fantastic! If not, we'll support you in growing.

• Must have valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa.
