About the business and the role

ADACS Security Pty Ltd is a provider of all electronic security systems. With a strong emphasis on CCTV Systems, Intercoms, Access Control and Alarm Systems.

We currently have the opportunity for a Senior Security Technician to join our team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • On site Commissioning of Security Equipment

  • CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems.

  • Providing preventative maintenance for both alarm & CCTV systems.

  • Ideally looking for someone experienced with the likes of Integriti, Tecom, Axis, Hikvision, Milestone etc.

  • Liaising with key customers on technical and service matters.

  • Demonstrating the ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Good communication.

Skills and experience

  • Strong technical experience within Electronic Security Industry

  • Service and maintenance experience with CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems

  • Victorian Private Security License

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Cabling License

  • Hands-on-speak electronic instruments and control systems

  • Previous experience with high end electronic security systems

  • Able to program a wide variety of premium access control panels 

  • Have extensive IP network knowledge

  • Driver's License

  • Knowledge of Commissioning systems

 Highly recommended to have experience in the follow fields:  CCTV, Alarm and Security Skills or Skills from a similar industry

  • Fast Learner

  • Positive Attitude
