About the Role

Located in Browns Plains.

As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll be:

• Assisting retail customers in-store and over the phone with parts enquiries and purchases

• Advising on product suitability, pricing, availability, and care

• Using catalogues and databases to identify correct part numbers

• Maintaining tidy displays and organised stock areas

• Supporting your team and contributing to a positive store environment

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in automotive spare parts sales (retail, trade, or workshop supply)

• Excellent communication and a collaborative, customer-first approach

• Attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems

• Reliability, honesty, and a passion for the auto industry
