About the Role

As a Body Contouring & Skin Specialist, you will play an important role in helping clients achieve their body and skin goals while delivering an exceptional experience from consultation through to results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing advanced body contouring and skin treatments

• Conducting detailed consultations and creating tailored treatment plans

• Building strong client relationships through ongoing support and care

• Delivering solution-focused recommendations with confidence

• Managing client journeys, including aftercare and retention

• Consistently achieving KPIs and revenue targets

• Maintaining high standards of clinic presentation, hygiene, and compliance

• Contributing positively to team performance and clinic growth

About You

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) preferred

• Minimum 1+ years experience in skin, aesthetics, or body shaping clinics

• Passionate about helping clients build confidence and achieve results

• Dedicated, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional care

• Proven track record in sales and KPI achievement

• Confident in consultations, objection handling, and closing sales

• Strong relationship-building and client retention skills

• Motivated to grow within a performance-driven environment

• Energetic, positive, and driven by client transformations
