About the Role

As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical expertise and customer outcomes while supporting and mentoring fellow technicians. You will work with the latest VW technology in a modern, well‑equipped workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and perform complex mechanical and electrical work to Volkswagen standards

• Carry out advanced fault finding using manufacturer diagnostic tools

• Mentor and support apprentice and junior technicians

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and efficiency

• Ensure accurate completion of repair orders and technical reporting

About You

• Volkswagen Master Technician qualification (or equivalent prestige brand experience)

• Proven experience in advanced diagnostics and complex repairs

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Current driver’s licence
