JMac is a national construction company which services national and locally based clients engaged predominately commercial and public space infrastructure projects. JMac Constructions specialises in all aspects of landscape construction including residential, commercial, industrial, public infrastructure, environmental rehabilitation and long term care and maintenance. From streetscapes, boardwalks, structures, entry statements, playgrounds and parklands, JMac has the ability to successfully construct and create unique landscapes of all shapes and forms.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our high calibre team, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• extensive civil landscaping background with demonstrated supervisory experience
• excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• Certificate IV Civil Supervision.
