Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team in a floating role across our Caroline Springs and Melton dealerships.

About the Role

This position will see you working across both our Caroline Springs and Melton locations, assisting customers in finding the right used vehicle to suit their needs.

You will:

·         Engage with customers and deliver an outstanding buying experience

·         Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships

·         Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

·         Maintain strong product knowledge across our used vehicle stock

·         Work collaboratively with both dealership teams

About You

The successful candidate will:

·         Be well-presented with excellent communication skills

·         Have a strong customer-first mindset

·         Be motivated, driven, and results-focused

·         Possess strong negotiation and closing skills

·         Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach

·         Thrive in a team environment

·         Hold a current and valid driver’s licence

Automotive sales experience is highly regarded but not essential – we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
