Digital Account Manager - Toyota

We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Account Manager to join our Kaizen Operations team, supporting our network of Toyota dealerships across NSW.

This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of technology, people, and performance. You'll act as our internal account manager for a suite of digital platforms — many powered by or integrating with AI — ensuring these systems are fully adopted, well understood, and delivering maximum value to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital platforms across the dealership network

• Develop deep expertise in AI-driven and integrated systems

• Act as the primary internal point of contact for platform support and optimisation

• Liaise with external vendor account managers to stay ahead of updates and new features

• Continually refine processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance platform functionality
  

About you

• Strong interest in technology, digital platforms, and AI

• Experience in account management, operations, training, or systems support

• Confident communicator who can train and influence people at all levels

• Analytical mindset with a drive to identify and act on improvement opportunities

• Self-motivated and comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders

• Automotive or multi-site retail experience is a bonus — but not essential
