Landscapes gardener Horticulturist

About the role

Maintain My Garden PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Landscapes Gardener / Horticulturist to join our dynamic team in Hunters Hill, NSW. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, where you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and landscapes of our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing, installing and maintaining landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces

2. Caring for a variety of plant life, including trees, shrubs, flowers and lawns

3. Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on plant selection, garden design and maintenance

4. Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools

5. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

6. Adhering to all relevant health and safety standards

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscaping or a related field

2. Minimum Certificate III qualification in horticulture, landscaping or related field required

3. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential or commercial landscaping industry

4. Strong knowledge of plant varieties, growing conditions and landscaping techniques

5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Excellent customer service and communication skills

8. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

9. Current car licence required for vehicle operation

10. Australian permanent residency status required
