Dealer Relationship Manager - Finance and Insurance

Our client is a highly respected asset finance and insurance provider supporting automotive dealers customers across Australia. With a strong reputation built on service excellence, commercial insight and long-term dealer partnerships, the business continues to grow its market presence and invest in high-calibre talent.

Reporting to a commercially minded, consultative leader, you will have genuine autonomy, a well-established dealer network, and strong internal support to drive results. You will be responsible for developing dealer performance, growing market share and strengthening key partnerships across the state.

Duties:

• Champion finance and insurance solutions across the dealer network

• Build trusted partnerships that support dealers in achieving retail and wholesale finance targets

• Deliver product, system, and compliance training to dealer staff

• Monitor the sales pipeline, prepare performance reports, and identify growth opportunities

• Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events

• Ensure compliance with credit policies, NCCP, AML/CTF, and the Privacy Act

Responsibilities:

• Previous sales and finance, banking, insurance, or broker experience

• Advanced relationship and stakeholder management skills

• High analytical skills and credit knowledge

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate computer skills, including database applications 

• A valid driver's licence
