The Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician to join our team in Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, has a positive attitude, and a passion for the electronic security industry.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintenance of alarm systems, access control, IP CCTV, and intercom systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalate issues.
Manage site works, documentation, and compliance.
Maintain high standards of work and safety.

About You

Willing to undergo security clearances.
High standard of ethics and values.
Customer-focused with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Knowledge of a broad range of security platforms including Challenger, Integriti, Gallagher, Reliance, Bosch, MCM.
Knowledge of IP CCTV installation and networking, including Milestone, Hanwha, Geutebruck, NX Witness, IDIS/Pacom, March Networks, Genetec.
Demonstrated ability to install and fault-find across multiple security systems.
Ability to perform cabling, fit-off, and commissioning of electronic security systems.
Effective report writing skills, both technical and non-technical.
Experience working in retail and commercial environments.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working at heights.
Current VIC Security License, driver’s license, and Construction White Card.
EWP License up to 11m.
Minimum of 3 years' experience.
