We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team.

We are looking for a confident, personable and motivated therapist who is passionate about skin, aesthetics and client care. You will be joining a busy clinic with a loyal client base and ongoing opportunities to learn and grow within the aesthetic industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role involves providing a range of skin and laser treatments while delivering exceptional customer service and treatment outcomes.

We are seeking someone who enjoys building client relationships, educating clients and creating tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals. Part-time position available with potential to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Performing laser hair removal treatments
• Conducting skin consultations and recommending treatment plans
• Performing advanced skin treatments including pigment and vascular laser, tattoo removal, peels, facials, skin needling, RF needling (training provided where required)
• Educating clients on treatment options and home care recommendations
• Building strong client relationships and encouraging long-term treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate client records and compliance
• Assisting with clinic presentation and daily operations
• Participating in ongoing training and development

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a beauty, skin, laser or aesthetic clinic environment
• Previous experience performing laser hair removal and skin treatments highly regarded
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Friendly, confident and bubbly personality with excellent people skills
• Passion for skin, aesthetics and helping clients achieve results
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Sales confidence and ability to recommend treatment plans and home care products
• Reliable, professional and motivated team player

A formal beauty qualification is not essential for the right candidate with relevant industry experience, however it is preferred.
