Traffic Control TL & TC's Immediate start

Yabaa is an exciting new player that contracts to NSW Govt to service roads in NSW.

Our business is growing and we have an urgent need for TC's onboarded with Ventia, Fulton Hogan and Connect Sydney.

The successful applicant will be highly skilled in all facets of the Traffic industry, be able to manage aspects of the day to day operations be a self starter who is driven and capable of working with and engaging their team. You will play a critical role in our growth and be able to lead our team ensuring the safety and efficiency of our traffic control services, while managing resources, and schedules.

Essential criteria:

Lead and manage traffic control site operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Must have Road experience.

Develop and implement traffic management plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.

Train, mentor, and supervise traffic control personnel to maintain high standards of safety and performance.

Ensure the continuous improvement of traffic management processes and procedures.

SafeWork NSW – Traffic Controller

SafeWork NSW – Implement Traffic Control Plans

SafeWork NSW – Prepare a Work Zone Traffic Management Plan

National Work Health and Safety Construction Induction (White Card)

Current Class C Driver’s License and / or MR License / Able to drive a Manaul

Demonstrated ability to adhere to Work Health and Safety systems and procedures.

Applicant must be able to work flexible hours and willing to travel in NSW from time to time.
