Spare Parts Interpreter - Full Time - Immediate Start

Cockburn Central

Ausplow Farming Systems is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team.

We are a leading Australian manufacturer of tillage and seeding equipment, offering precision seeding systems for nearly 40 years. Our farming equipment is highly regarded and we compete against local and overseas manufacturers. We take pride in supporting Australian farmers improve their crop yields.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be part of a family friendly company that have a team of long standing dedicated employees.



The Role

  • Process spare parts orders

  • Monitor progress of sales orders and advise dealers of any issues, backorders and completion details

  • Answer calls and answer any parts inquiries from farmers and dealers.

  • Liaise with other departments to address any parts or sales order issues

  • Assist the Parts Manager and fill in during leave periods

  • Provide after-hours call out support (only during seeding season)

  • Maintain and uphold our strong commitment to OH&S

  • Systems Training and Product Training will be provided to help you grow into the position.




Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Parts, Manufacturing, Mechanical or a similar role (manufacturing or agricultural background will be an advantage)

  • Great customer service and communication skills

  • Good computer skills (Pronto or ERP experience will be highly regarded)

  • Reliable and dedicated work ethic

  • Ability to work independently

  • Willingness to learn about our products and systems

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus
