We are an established telecommunications company delivering infrastructure, network, and field services across NSW, with a strong reputation for safety, quality, and operational excellence. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are expanding our Traffic Control Division to support internal projects and external clients across telecommunications, civil, and infrastructure sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Team Leader to help build, lead, and grow this division while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient traffic management operations.
Lead and supervise traffic control teams across telecommunications, civil, and infrastructure projects
Implement and oversee Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)
Ensure all works comply with NSW traffic management regulations, WHS legislation, and company procedures
Assist in building and expanding the company’s traffic management division
Liaise with internal project managers, external contractors, and clients
Complete reporting, compliance documentation, and incident investigations
Identify operational improvements and support business growth opportunities
Current NSW Traffic Control certifications (Implement Traffic Control Plans + Traffic Controller)
White Card
Valid Driver’s Licence (MR/HR preferred)
Demonstrated experience in traffic control leadership
Strong knowledge of telecommunications and civil project environments (highly desirable)
Excellent understanding of TfNSW/RMS standards and WHS requirements
Proven team management and leadership capabilities
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced field environments
First Aid certification preferred
