Service and Installation Technician – Fitness Equipment

Dynamo Fitness Australia is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness equipment suppliers, delivering high-quality fitness solutions to homes, commercial facilities, schools, sporting clubs, and gyms across Australia. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Service & Installation Technician to join our South Australia team based in St Marys.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines equipment installation, deliveries, servicing, and warranty work. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, helping customers receive and maintain their fitness equipment while representing the Dynamo Fitness brand.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, mechanical problem-solving, and being active throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and install fitness equipment at residential and commercial sites

• Carry out warranty repairs and preventative maintenance services

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently

• Safely load, unload, and transport equipment

• Follow assembly manuals and technical instructions accurately

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional presentation

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Experience in installation, assembly, servicing, maintenance, or mechanical work

• Strong practical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Current driver's licence (essential)

• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
