Indiqator Solutions is a leading automotive SaaS business operating across ANZ. We've restructured our commercial team for scale, appointed a Head of Business Development to lead the charge, and now we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to go win new ground.
This isn't a lead-following role. We want a hunter — someone who knows how to build a pipeline from scratch, open doors in the automotive market, and close deals that matter.
You'll own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. That means prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and handing off to a dedicated Key Relationship Manager so you can stay focused on what you do best — winning new business.
You'll work across dealer groups and automotive businesses throughout ANZ, bringing Indiqator's platform to organisations that genuinely need it. You'll contribute market intelligence to a team that actually uses it, and you'll operate in a structure built for sales success — not bureaucracy.
What we are looking for
• 3–5 years in a B2B SaaS sales role with a genuine new business track record
• A hunter mentality — self-motivated, resilient, and wired to close
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility fast with senior stakeholders
• Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage, but exceptional sales professionals from adjacent industries are welcome
• CRM discipline and the ability to forecast accurately
We’re a business with real momentum, clear strategy, and a team that’s invested in doing things properly. You’ll have the backing of strong leadership, well-defined products, and a market that’s ready to move. We reward performance, we’re direct about expectations, and we’ll back you to succeed.
If you’re ready to own a territory, build something, and be recognised for results — we want to hear from you.
