Washing Wizards is one of the fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies on the Mornington Peninsula, and we’re expanding.

We’re looking for an experienced Window and Pressure Cleaner to join our young, energetic team, with the opportunity to grow into consistent full-time work and future leadership responsibilities as the business expands.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have previous professional experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing or a closely related trade.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability and genuine people skills.

About the Role

You’ll be out on the tools delivering residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure cleaning and soft washing across the Mornington Peninsula and South East Melbourne.

You’ll see instant results, meet great customers and become part of a team that is genuinely raising the standard in exterior cleaning.

This role is suited to someone who can contribute from the beginning, take responsibility for their work and confidently complete jobs independently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential and commercial window cleaning

• Traditional and water-fed pole window cleaning

• Pressure cleaning driveways, paths and hard surfaces

• Soft washing house exteriors and outdoor surfaces

• Talking with customers, answering questions and recommending suitable add-ons

• Delivering a world-class customer experience on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing or related trade experience

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and professional

• Able to work efficiently without compromising quality

• Confident in communicating with customers

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and on ladders

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous relevant professional experience is essential

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Based in or near Frankston, the Mornington Peninsula or South East Melbourne

• Able to commit to approximately 30–40 hours per week

• Reliable transport

• Able to provide references or details of previous relevant experience

Hours and Pay

The role offers:

• $40–$60+ per hour earning potential, depending on experience, performance and commissions

• Competitive hourly base rate based on demonstrated ability

• Commission on approved additional work sold on site

• Performance bonuses for quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Referral commissions and customer tips

• Approximately 30–40 hours per week

• Opportunity to grow into consistent full-time work

• Genuine progression into senior technician, leadership or management roles
