As we prepare to open our beautiful new Glenelg location, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our team and uphold the exceptional standards our guests have come to expect.

✨ About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead our exceptional team and oversee day-to-day operations at our NEW Glenelg Spa.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with heartfelt hospitality and impeccable attention to detail.

This role is ideal for a warm, welcoming and highly organised leader with proven and successful spa management experience, capable of inspiring a team of therapists while confidently overseeing front desk, guest services and the daily operations of the spa.

Saturday and evening availability are essential.

🕊️ Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and presentation.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of therapists and guest service staff.

Manage staff rostering, bookings, stock control and operational efficiency.
Drive retail performance, memberships, treatment upgrades and rebooking outcomes.
Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
Monitor KPIs, budgets and business performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
Foster a positive, supportive and guest-focused culture.
Perform treatments when required to maintain connection with guests and team.

🌿 You Will Bring

Minimum 5 years' experience in spa, wellness, beauty or clinic management preferred.
Diploma of Beauty Therapy (essential)
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
Experience managing rosters, bookings, retail sales and operational performance.
High level of professionalism, presentation and attention to detail.
Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
A natural ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure.
Passionate about wellness, self-care and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and our other suppliers.
Honest, reliable and professional at all times.
