About the Role

Are you someone who loves working with people, takes initiative, and enjoys a mix of customer service, admin, and creativity? We’re a growing cosmetic clinic looking for a proactive and personable all-rounder to join our team. This is a hands in role, perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised, and contributing to a positive client experience. For the right person this is a unique opportunity to be part of a team where you’ll learn, and potentially step into a Clinic Manager role in the future.

About the Role ( Part 2)

You’ll be the face of the clinic while also supporting behind-the-scenes operations and helping us grow our online presence.

This role suits someone who:

• Enjoys building rapport with clients

• Is confident communicating and following up enquiries

• Likes working independently and taking initiative

• Has a creative side and enjoys social media

• Good experience working independantly and representing the brand confidently

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Experience and Reception

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional environment

• Managing bookings, enquiries, and daily clinic flow

• Supporting clients through their treatment journey

Enquiries and Bookings

• Following up enquiries via phone, SMS, and email,

• Building trust with clients and helping them feel confident to book

• Keeping on top of leads and maintaining strong communication to maximise conversion rates.
  
  
  Social Media and Content

• Creating and posting content for Instagram and TikTok

• Confident in filming and editing short-form videos that are educational and addresses patients concerns

• Collaborating with our clinical team on ideas

Admin and Clinic Support

• General admin and maintaining clinic systems (currently using timely software)

• Stock management and ordering

• Supporting day-to-day operations

• Support marketing campaigns (newsletters, patient offers, etc.)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing clinic environment with a welcoming ambience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills and confidence on the phone

• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently

• A proactive attitude — someone who takes initiative

• Interest in aesthetics, beauty, or the medical space

• Experience in customer service, admin, or social media is highly regarded

Part-time average 20 hours per week, potentially more)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

usually 9:00am – 3:00pm or 12 to 6 pm

Potential to increase to full-time as the clinic grows.
