Landscape Maintenance Staff Required.

We are seeking dedicated staff to join our Landscape Maintenance Teams responsible for maintaining both commercial and residential properties.

Your role will involve ensuring that our clients' needs are met, and that the quality of workmanship remains at a high standard.

Candidates should have experience in Landscape Maintenance / Grounds Maintenance and possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and motivation. A genuine passion for your work is essential.

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscape maintenance, with a dedication to outdoor work.

Experience in the following is desirable:

• Self-Propelled Mowing

• Zero-Turn Mowing

• Whipper Snipping

• Edging

• Blowing

• Hedge Trimming

• Minor Tree & Shrub Trimming

• Weed Spraying

• General Garden Maintenance

• Non-Structural Landscaping

• Pressure Cleaning

• So much more.

You will be fully trained and supported.

Requirements:

• Absolute commitment to producing flawless results.

• Fit and healthy, physical outdoor work involved.

• Willing to learn the skills required to be part of a highly professional team.

• A team player.

• Able to work occasional Saturdays –as the workflow requires.

• Have reliable transport to and from work – we are based in Logan Village.

• Open Drivers license essential.

• Blue Card is essential - or be able to obtain one immediately.

• Current Police Check - or be able to obtain one immediately.

• Construction White Card considered an advantage.

• Truck licence considered an advantage.

• Apprenticeships are also considered for suitable candidates.

Immediate start ! Up to 5-6 days per week - for the right team member(s).

Casual staff required, with potential for ongoing Permanent roles.
