We're looking for a growth-minded person who's ready to get into a real career. You don't need experience in height safety — we'll train you from the ground up, paid.

$30–$35/hr + overtime

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Working alongside our experienced crew across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast, you'll be hands-on from day one:

•       Installing height safety systems, guardrails and access walkways on real commercial buildings

•       Maintaining and inspecting safety infrastructure

•       Building and maintenance work across a mix of interesting sites

•       Gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills grow

No two days are the same. You won't be stuck doing the same repetitive task — you'll be solving problems, working at height, and learning a specialist trade.

You're Probably Right for This If You...

•       Are practically minded and enjoy working with your hands

•       Pick things up quickly and aren't afraid to ask questions

•       Have a positive, get-it-done attitude on site

•       Hold a manual QLD Driver's Licence (essential)

•       Are comfortable with basic power tools

•       Are an Australian Citizen (required for this role)

Already Have Any of These? You'll Hit the Ground Running.

✓     Work Safely at Heights ticket

✓     EWP (Elevated Work Platform)

✓     Confined Space ticket

✓     Rope Access

✓     Any trade qualification

None of these are essential — if you've got the right attitude, we'll help you get there.
