Leading BMS contractor who work across projects and service contracts in Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane are looking for an experienced service manager to run and grow their national service division.
Position
Leading a team of 12 service technicians, BDM, service supervisor and coordinators you will run day to day service operations as well as being part of the senior management team for the business strategy and future growth plans.
Other main responsibilities will include;
To be successful you will have worked in a similar role previous where you can also demonstrate the following;
This is a rare opportunity in the Sydney BMS market and offers the chance to work at a senior management level in a business that has seen significant growth in the past 4 years. You will be working with an owner who has resources at their disposal to aid you in growing the business and team in both Sydney and interstate.
On offer is an attractive remuneration package, plus incentive scheme.

- P+L
- Training, development and recruitment
- Client management and development
- Mobilising service contracts
- Tenders for service contracts and associated projects
- Working with projects team for effective service handover
To be successful you will have worked in a similar role previous where you can also demonstrate the following;
- Management of people and development
- Excellent customer/s management and development of service contracts
- Strategic and commercial focus
- Highly driven
- People leader
- Exposure to working with leading BMS products and systems; Tridium Niagara, Distech, Honeywell, Schnieder, Reliable Controls, Delta Controls, Siemens, etc
