Service Receptionist

SERVICE RECEPTIONIST

Regan Peugeot Citroen is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Service Receptionist & Administrator to join their dynamic team. It's a great opportunity to get your foot into a fantastic working environment with the oldest Peugeot dealership in the southern hemisphere!

Our Service & Parts facility is located in the suburb of Hawthorn East, with public transport within walking distance.

This position is full time. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities include: 

• Answering calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department

• Meeting and greeting customers in a positive way 

• Taking service bookings

• Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate

• Preparing of repair orders and updating customer details 

• Managing the Service Department email inbox of all enquires

• Assist the Service Manager in general administration 

• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

• Additional hours may be required during busy periods and to cover staff members on annual leave 

To be considered for the position, you will have: 

• A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

• A confident phone manner

• High attention to detail

• Ability to multi skill and prioritise duties

• Well-developed communication skills 

• Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable 

• A current Driver's Licence
