Are you an experienced Butcher looking for a full-time role in a gourmet shop? Join the best in the business! 

We are looking for a Trade Qualified Butcher to grow within a high-performing team at our Gasworks location in Newstead, with a goal of long-term employment. 

This is a permanent full-time position - with an immediate start available!

To be successful in this position, you must have the following:

• Trade qualified butcher, preferably with gourmet experience

• A passion for your trade

• Team player with good communication skills

• Experienced in value adding & gourmet lines

• Well presented & customer service focused

• Reliable transport as 5AM starts are essential
