We have an exciting career opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join our busy Queensland Sales Team selling a diverse product range of both JOST and HYVA equipment.  This role will appeal to an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of account management success who is committed to meeting customers’ needs and who thrives in a dynamic environment.  The successful candidate will be from the transport, heavy vehicle automotive, or agricultural sectors.  This role would also appeal to someone with a strong technical capability and experience in the heavy vehicle transport or agricultural industry, who is ready to transition from the workshop and build a long-term career in account management. 

You’ll spend around 80% of your week managing existing accounts, nurturing trusted customer relationships, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. The remaining time will focus on new business development, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market presence.  If you’re passionate about sales, thrive on creating meaningful partnerships, and have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, this could be the perfect next step in your career.  The role is based in Wacol Queensland.

About the role…

·       Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across OEM, Fleet, and Aftermarket segments, building a sales network that maximises opportunities across all product lines.

  • Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding budgets and targets through proactive account management and customer growth initiatives.

  • Support strategic planning and forecasting by maintaining an updated CRM data set and providing accurate sales data, insights, and market intelligence to help shape annual budgets and long-term growth strategies.

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities by gathering market insights, assessing customer buying patterns, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

·       Represent the company professionally at trade shows, customer events, and during regional or interstate travel, ensuring exceptional service and follow-up support, including warranty and quotation enquiries.

·       Support customers with training and product information. 

Must have experience…

·      A solid track record in sales and account management with a strong customer focus.

·      Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with relevant experience.

·      Extensive experience in the heavy vehicle transport or agricultural industry.

·      Experience in planning, forecasting and KPI management.

·      Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft, CRM and ERP systems.

·      Car license is essential.
